College Essay Jumpstart gives your high school junior the foundation they need by completing a solid college essay draft BEFORE summer begins. Your child will leave for their summer activities with a clear roadmap for finalizing their applications—and you'll enjoy a summer free from nagging and worry.

How It Works

Over four Sunday sessions (June 1, 8, 15, and 22 from 4:00-6:00 PM), students will:

✅ Brainstorm, outline, and draft their college essay so they have a solid foundation before summer

✅ Create or refine a strategic college list that reflects their goals, interests, and priorities

✅ Draft an activities list and resume to highlight their strengths and achievements

✅ Learn application strategies to approach supplemental essays, recommendation letters, and deadlines with confidence

Our process follows a path that has supported hundreds of students in writing a standout essay that significantly improves their chances of admission.

By the end of our course, your child will have major pieces of their application started—if not completed!—giving them a huge advantage when they return in the fall.

Q: My child will be busy on some of these Sundays. Can they still participate?

Of course, we will make sure they have access to all the covered materials, but we won't be able to make up the time, as this is a limited-time group. If you are interested in the program, but your child can't make this group, make sure to sign up for our email list to find out about additional offerings later this summer and our one-on-one offerings.
